We have grown the Bank from £250 to just over £5,000. As from Sunday, I will be using the £5,000 as follows:
£3,000 Betting Bank
£2,000 Reserve Bank.
After the conclusion to the week’s betting each Saturday, I will completely reorganise the Spreadsheet Results, withdrawing any profits and starting each new betting week with a £3,000 Betting Bank.

Thanks for your comments, Barry. We’ve had a terrific streak recently.
My target is to try to get to a sum of £3,000. From that, I will keep £2,000 in a “Reserve Bank” to top up any debit days. This will allow me to have a Betting Bank of £1,000. If this strategy works, we will be playing with profit money without risking a penny of our own money. In essence, we will have created an Income Bank from which we can withdraw any weekly profits.
As for Billy Balls Up, I think the guy has a personal grudge against me!
Absolutely brilliant! It was only a few days ago i was on horseracepredictor site and i came across LK’s post outlining how to divide the bank. it really is up there with the staking plan – cant praise it enough! did u ever see back to the future 2, where Marty purchases an almanac containing the results of major sporting events and biff ends up stealing it and becoming the richest man in the world?!! thats how i feel, – i got a copy of the almanac lol!!! awesome!
we should all plan a day trip (airplane ride for me! living abroad) to a horse race meet and ‘bump’ into Billy boy’ – we could all give him some advice lol!! do u think he’ll like his nick name – hahaha!

Been following along with these last few days.
Can I ask do you place all the bets as soon as they’re posted? (Though I don’t see how that would work with Plantinum staking?)
I only ask as the odds in the results are always the ones quoted in the morning.
For example yesterday was a target hit on 3rd bet for me. The field had shortened in the 14:35 and Oh Clare was already down to 1.2. I kept an eye on both 2tbp and 3tbp markets and am unsure how you got the 1.38?
I took the 3tbp at the off and hit target with the next winner anyhow.

As I don’t/can’t sit in front of my laptop all day, I check the Betfair prices around 8.30 – 9.00 AM. I always post the best prices I can get at that time and am unable to change or modify them throughout the day.
Sometimes, when the race starts, the odds have dropped. Other times, the odds have increased substantially.
We really ought to ban that pleb!

Hi Michael. Not yet. My initial plan was to grow the Bank to £5,000. I was going to keep £2,000 as a “Reserve” and use £3,000 for betting. I was then going to withdraw any profits on a weekly basis.
I am contemplating doubling those figures – grow the Bank to £10,000, keep £4,000 as Reserve & use £6,000 for betting. I’m still undecided, but as a cautious person, I may stick with my original plan. Only you can decide what to do with your Bank.

Feedback, two trains of thought, how desperate do you want to take an income and how much income, if you go to £10k even putting £6k to one side your income bank would be greater, but if your happy with what £3k would give you start taking income when you get to £5k. Hope that helps.
